Border Town Comic Con
Border Town Comic Con is an annual pop-culture, comics, and illustration festival held at the Four Rivers Cultural Center in Ontario, Oregon. Four Rivers Healthy Community serves as the event’s fiscal agent.

About the Festival
The festival brings together fans of comics, film, and storytelling through illustration, fostering direct connections between fans and artists. A coalition of local cartoonists, the Four Rivers Cultural Center, the Ontario Community Library, Treasure Valley Community College, Four Rivers Healthy Community, and local educators identified the festival as a way to engage the community in literacy and the arts. It is a family-friendly event.

By the Numbers
- 2024: 815+ attendees, vendors, and volunteers; vendor spaces sold out in two weeks with vendors traveling from as far as Utah; more than $11,000 raised.
- 2025: 1,032 attendees.
