Health Equity Conference
The Health Equity Conference was an annual conference organized by Four Rivers Healthy Community and the Malheur County Equity Stewards, connecting community partners to advance health and equity across the region. In 2025, the conference was rebranded as the Four Rivers Healthy Community Conference.
Conference History
2024 — Eastern Oregon Health Equity Conference
Held September 26, 2024, at the Four Rivers Cultural Center.
2023 — Health Equity Conference
Held September 27–28, 2023, at the Four Rivers Cultural Center. A December 2023 board update noted “the success of the 2022 and 2023 Health Equity Conference.”
2022 — Malheur County Health Equity Conference
Held September 29, 2022 (with a reception on September 28), at the Four Rivers Cultural Center. Presented by the Malheur County Equity Stewards and sponsored by Four Rivers Healthy Community.
Rebranding
Per the Four Rivers Healthy Community board’s February 26, 2025 meeting minutes, the conference was rebranded to the Four Rivers Healthy Community Conference to better reflect its expanded reach across Eastern Oregon and Southwest Idaho.
